LiTime Xtra Mini 24V 100Ah Bluetooth LiFePO4 Battery

The LiTime 24V 100Ah Xtra Mini Smart is a compact, integrated 24 V LiFePO4 battery. Its 2560 Wh of nominal energy, 100 A LiTime 5.0 BMS, Bluetooth 5.0 monitoring and low-temperature charge protection provide high-performance 24 V energy storage in a single battery.

Main benefits

Single 24 V battery There is no need to connect two separate 12 V batteries in series or manage their balance separately.
Compact Xtra Mini design The 333 × 176 × 240 mm enclosure provides 2560 Wh of energy in a limited installation space.
100 A LiTime 5.0 BMS Supports up to 2560 W of continuous DC load and 500 A / 1 second short-term discharge.
Bluetooth 5.0 monitoring The LiTime App provides real-time monitoring of state of charge, voltage, current and system status.
Low-temperature charge protection The BMS automatically disables charging below 0 °C to protect the cells.
4P2S system expansion Using up to 8 identical batteries, a 51.2 V / 400 Ah system with a theoretical energy of 20.48 kWh can be created.
Important technical clarification: this version is not self-heating. At low cell temperatures, the BMS does not warm the battery; it disables charging.

EnergonX compatibility and installation

Which EnergonX product is it compatible with: recommended for 24 V EnergonX PowerBox EXPLORER and EnergonX UPS models.

The battery measures 333 × 176 × 240 mm and weighs approximately 20 kg. Its design is similar to Group 31, but it is not a standard BCI Group 31 size: according to the manufacturer, it may fit Group 31 trays, but due to its greater height it may not fit every standard Group 31 battery box.

EnergonX UPS application: in a 24 V EnergonX UPS system, it may be used only with a 24 V UPS module that supports LiFePO4 batteries and the correct charging profile. Cabling, fuse protection and UPS power must be sized for the 100 A BMS.

24 V trolling motor application

The manufacturer developed this model for 24 V trolling motors rated at 70–100 lb of thrust. The integrated 24 V design can provide simpler wiring and fewer connection points than two 12 V batteries connected in series.

Not a starter battery: the 500 A short-term discharge capability does not constitute a starter rating. The battery must not be used to start a fuel-powered outboard engine, car, motorcycle, tractor or any other engine.
Motor matching: before installation, check the trolling motor’s 24 V system requirement, maximum current draw, fuse specification and required cable cross-section.

Bluetooth monitoring

Through the Bluetooth 5.0 connection, the LiTime App displays the battery’s most important status data in real time. This allows the available energy and instantaneous load to be checked without a separate external battery monitor.

State of charge The app displays the battery’s estimated charge level.
Voltage and current The instantaneous system voltage and charging or discharging current can be monitored.
System status The operating status and current battery load can be checked.
Transparent energy management Real-time data makes it easier to estimate the available operating time.

Recommended applications

  • As the internal battery of 24 V EnergonX PowerBox EXPLORER systems.
  • As energy storage in LiFePO4-compatible 24 V EnergonX UPS systems.
  • For 24 V trolling motors and electric boat motors rated at 70–100 lb of thrust.
  • For onboard lighting, navigation, fish finders, radios, coolers and other 24 V or inverter-powered loads.
  • As 24 V energy storage in motorhomes, campervans, mobile workshops and off-grid systems.
  • For energy systems using solar, mains and generator charging.
Power sizing: the 100 A BMS theoretically permits 2560 W of continuous DC power. Actual usable 230 V output is also limited by the rated power and efficiency of the inverter or UPS, as well as the current capacity of the cabling, connectors and fuse protection.

Charging and system expansion

Recommended mains charging With a 29.2 V LiFePO4 charger rated at approximately 20 A.
Solar system Can be charged using an MPPT charge controller correctly configured for a 24 V battery system.
Charging while driving A LiFePO4-compatible DC–DC charger with a 24 V output is required.
4P2S expandability Up to 4 parallel strings and 2 batteries in series may be used with identical units.

Safety warning

24 V system: only loads, inverters, UPS modules, chargers and protective devices designed for a 24 V battery system may be used. Directly connecting a 12 V device can cause damage.
High-current installation: the 100 A continuous load capability requires correctly sized cables, high-current connectors, properly rated fuse protection and secure mechanical mounting.
Charging: use only a mains charger, MPPT controller or DC–DC charger with the correct voltage and LiFePO4 charging profile. The low-temperature charging protection below 0 °C must not be bypassed.
Not a starter battery: the battery is designed exclusively for deep-cycle power supply. It must not be used to start a vehicle, outboard engine or any other engine.
Initial activation: before first use or after manual shutdown, the battery must be activated by connecting a compatible 24 V LiFePO4 charger.
Operation: check polarity, terminal fastening, fuse protection and the physical condition of the battery before every installation. Do not use it with a damaged housing, immersed in water or outside the specified temperature and current limits.
