LiTime 12V 320Ah Bluetooth LiFePO4 Battery

The LiTime 12V 320Ah W190 Smart is a high-energy-density LiFePO4 battery with a width of 189 mm for motorhome, marine, mobile and off-grid energy storage. A single battery provides 4096 Wh of nominal energy, while the 200 A intelligent BMS supports up to 2560 W of continuous DC load.

Main benefits

4096 Wh in a single battery The 320 Ah capacity provides substantial energy reserve without requiring series or parallel expansion.
Narrow W190 design The width of only 189 mm is suitable for under-seat motorhome installations and other narrow spaces.
200 A intelligent BMS Supports up to 2560 W of continuous DC load and 1000 A / 1 second short-term discharge.
Bluetooth 5.0 monitoring The LiTime App displays the battery’s main status and operating data in real time.
Low-temperature protection The BMS disables charging below 0 °C and also interrupts discharge below −20 °C.
4P4S system expansion A theoretical system size of up to 65.536 kWh can be created using 16 identical batteries.
Important technical clarification: this version is not self-heating. In cold conditions, the BMS does not warm the cells; instead, it disables charging or discharging at the specified temperature limits.

EnergonX compatibility and installation

Which EnergonX product is it compatible with: recommended for 12 V EnergonX PowerBox EXPLORER and EnergonX UPS models.

The battery measures 368 × 189 × 255 mm and weighs approximately 25.93 kg. Due to its high capacity and weight, installation in an EXPLORER system requires secure mechanical mounting, suitable cable routing, correct fuse protection and a balanced internal layout.

EnergonX UPS application: it may also be used in a LiFePO4-compatible 12 V EnergonX UPS configuration, provided that the UPS module, charging system, cabling and fuse protection are suitable for the 320 Ah capacity and 200 A BMS load capability.

Bluetooth monitoring

Through the Bluetooth 5.0 connection, the LiTime App displays the battery’s important status data in real time. This makes it easier to monitor charging, discharging and available energy reserve without requiring a separate external battery monitor.

State of charge The app displays the estimated SOC value and remaining capacity.
Instant electrical data Real-time monitoring of voltage, current and power.
Operating status Displays charging, discharging and standby status.
Temperature and cycle count The battery temperature and the number of completed cycles can also be checked.

Recommended applications

  • As a high-capacity internal battery in 12 V EnergonX PowerBox EXPLORER systems.
  • As energy storage in LiFePO4-compatible 12 V EnergonX UPS systems.
  • For motorhomes, campervans, vans, mobile workshops and extended autonomous power supply.
  • For camping, fishing, onboard boat loads and off-grid systems.
  • For larger inverters, refrigerators, lighting, laptops, communication equipment and other 12 V or inverter-powered loads.
  • For mobile energy systems using solar, mains and DC–DC charging.
Power sizing: the 200 A BMS theoretically permits 2560 W of continuous DC power. Actual usable 230 V output is also limited by the rated power and efficiency of the inverter or UPS, as well as the current capacity of the cables, connectors and fuse protection.

Charging and cold environments

Recommended charge current The manufacturer specifies 64 A; a smaller LiFePO4 charger, such as a 40 A model, may also be used with a longer charging time.
Solar system Can be charged using a correctly configured MPPT charge controller.
Charging while driving A suitable DC–DC charger is required for charging from a vehicle.
Cold environment Charging stops below 0 °C, and discharging also stops automatically below −20 °C.

Safety warning

High-current installation: the 200 A continuous discharge capability requires correctly sized cables, high-current connectors, suitable fuse protection and secure mechanical mounting. Undersized wiring or loose terminals can cause overheating and fire.
Charging: use only a mains charger, MPPT controller or DC–DC charger with the correct voltage and LiFePO4 charging profile. The low-temperature charging protection below 0 °C must not be bypassed.
Not a starter battery: the 1000 A / 1 second short-term discharge rating does not constitute a starter-battery certification. The battery must not be used to start a vehicle or engine.
Initial activation: before first use or after manual shutdown, the battery must be activated by connecting a 14.6 V charger.
Operation: check polarity, terminal fastening, fuse protection and the physical condition of the battery before every installation. Do not use it with a damaged housing, immersed in water or outside the specified temperature and current limits.
