General Terms and Conditions
for the energonx.hu online store operated by Keszi Plusz Kft.

Effective: 2026.02.15. (Some provisions apply from 2026.03.01 and from 2026.06.19.)

Preamble:


These GTC apply to orders delivered within Hungary, with domestic delivery, and were prepared specifically for buyers with a delivery address in Hungary.

If the Buyer requests delivery of the product(s) outside Hungary (to an EU or non‑EU country), the country‑specific GTC for the destination country applies.

The applicable document is available during the checkout process and/or via the download link provided to the Buyer (Google Drive link).

I. Introduction


1. Service provider / Seller

The online store is operated by Keszi Plusz Kft. (registered office and mailing address: 1106 Budapest, Tárna utca 1–3., Hungary; company registration number and tax number are published on the website; e‑mail: info@energonx.hu; phone: +36 20 497 8987; hereinafter: “Provider”, “Seller”). By using the Online Store and/or placing an order, the Buyer accepts the provisions of these GTC.

2. Scope and availability

These GTC govern purchases made in the Seller’s online store and define the rights and obligations of the parties. The Seller may amend these GTC; the version applicable to an order is the one available at the time the order is placed and confirmed.

3. Definitions and legal background

Consumer rights, withdrawal rules, warranties and complaint handling are governed primarily by Hungarian and EU consumer protection rules (as applicable). Where the Buyer qualifies as a consumer, mandatory consumer law provisions apply.

II. Key definitions

Provider / Seller: Keszi Plusz Kft.

Buyer / Customer: a natural person over 18, or a legal entity / sole trader, who browses the Online Store and places an order.

Consumer: a natural person acting outside the scope of their trade, business or profession.

Online Store: the webshop available at energonx.hu and related domains / subdomains.

Product: tangible goods offered by the Seller (including accessories and bundles).

Contract: the distance sales contract concluded electronically between the Seller and the Buyer when the order is confirmed.

III. Using the Online Store, user account


1. Browsing and ordering

The Buyer may browse products and place orders without registration, unless the Online Store indicates otherwise. Creating an account may provide additional convenience features (order history, faster checkout).

2. Account data

The Buyer is responsible for keeping account data accurate and up to date. The Seller is not liable for damages resulting from incorrect data provided by the Buyer.

3. Technical requirements

Ordering requires an internet connection and a browser capable of handling the website’s functions. The Seller strives to ensure continuous operation, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

IV. Products and services available


The products offered in the Online Store are described on the product pages. Photos are for illustration; minor differences may occur. The Seller may change the assortment and product specifications. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Seller will inform the Buyer and offer an alternative or a refund.

V. Ordering and concluding the contract


1. Order process

The Buyer selects the product(s), adds them to the cart, provides delivery and billing information, chooses a delivery and payment method, and submits the order. Before submitting, the Buyer can review and correct the order data.

2. Order confirmation

The Seller confirms receipt of the order electronically (e‑mail). The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order (acceptance). Automatic acknowledgements do not necessarily mean acceptance; acceptance is indicated by confirmation of fulfilment or dispatch, depending on the Seller’s process.

3. Incorrect data

The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the provided data. Additional costs resulting from incorrect data (e.g., wrong address, failed delivery) may be charged to the Buyer.

VI. Prices, payment


Prices are gross prices including VAT, but they may not always include the delivery fee.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices. Changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Available payment methods: online bank card payment (via an external payment service provider), bank transfer.

The Seller does not store bank card data. Payment‑related data are processed by the designated payment provider. “Payment by 1 click” (one‑click payment): only with explicit consent; the payment provider may allow fast payment based on a token. In this case as well, the Seller does not receive card data; they are handled by the payment provider.

VII. Delivery


1. Delivery area

1.1. The Seller primarily provides delivery within Hungary.

1.2. In certain cases – under special conditions – delivery outside Hungary may be available; in such cases, the country‑specific GTC for the destination country applies.

2. Delivery time

Delivery time is indicated on the product page or during checkout. The Seller strives to meet the indicated time, but delays may occur due to logistics or availability. The Seller will inform the Buyer of material delays.

3. Delivery fee

Delivery fees are displayed during checkout. The Seller may offer free delivery promotions under stated conditions.

4. Receiving the parcel

The Buyer should check the parcel upon receipt. If the packaging is damaged, the Buyer should record this with the carrier (damage report) and inform the Seller as soon as possible.

VIII. Right of withdrawal


1. Who can withdraw

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers under the relevant rules. Business buyers do not have the same statutory withdrawal rights.

2. Withdrawal period

2.1. For consumers, the withdrawal period is: for the sale of products – 14 days from the date of receiving the product; for multiple products in one order delivered separately – 14 days from receiving the last product; for products consisting of multiple lots/pieces – 14 days from receiving the last lot/piece.

2.2. The withdrawal period is complied with if the withdrawal notice is sent before the deadline.

3. How to exercise withdrawal

3.1. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement that you withdraw from the contract. You can send it:

- from 2026.06.19: using the withdrawal function (“Withdrawal from contract”) available in the Online Store.

4. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, the Seller refunds all payments received from you, including the standard delivery fee (if any), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day the Seller is informed of your decision. The refund is made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.

Return costs: as a rule, the Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the product. Withholding refund: the Seller may withhold the refund until the product is received back or until proof of dispatch is provided (whichever occurs first). Diminished value: if the product is returned with diminished value due to use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, the Seller may deduct the corresponding amount from the refund.

IX. Money‑back guarantee


In addition to statutory withdrawal, legal conformity warranty and commercial warranty, we provide a money‑back guarantee under the conditions below. The money‑back guarantee described here applies in addition to, and does not restrict, mandatory consumer rights.

Detailed conditions (scope, exclusions, time limits and the return process) are published on the website and may be specified on product pages. If the money‑back guarantee is applicable, the Seller refunds the purchase price according to the described procedure.

X. Product returns and exchanges


1. Return conditions

Returns and exchanges are possible in accordance with the right of withdrawal and warranty rules. The Seller may also allow additional voluntary return options as described on the website.

2. Initiating a return / exchange

In your message, include: order number, exact product name(s), reason, what you want in exchange, and if relevant, photos / description of the defect.

3. Return shipping

The Seller will provide the return address and method. For defective products, costs are borne according to warranty rules; in case of withdrawal, the return cost is borne by the Buyer.

4. Inspection and decision

After receiving the product, the Seller may inspect its condition and, depending on the legal basis of the request, decide on repair, exchange or refund. For defective products, the timeline and method of resolution follow the warranty rules.

XI. Legal warranty (conformity) and commercial warranty


1. Legal warranty (conformity)

Under Hungarian consumer law, the Seller is liable for lack of conformity of consumer goods. The consumer may request repair or replacement, and in certain cases price reduction or termination of the contract, according to the applicable rules and conditions.

2. Commercial warranty

If a commercial warranty is provided for a product, its terms (duration, scope, exclusions) are described on the product page and/or in the warranty document. Mandatory warranty rules may apply to certain goods under Hungarian law.

3. Exclusions

Warranty does not cover defects caused by improper use, unauthorized modification, non‑professional installation, use with incompatible battery / inverter, short circuits, or other misuse. For defects that endanger life, bodily integrity or health, liability cannot be excluded as provided by law.

XII. Reviews and comments


The Online Store may allow buyers to post reviews or comments. Reviews must be truthful and must not violate third‑party rights or applicable laws. The Seller may remove unlawful, abusive or misleading content.

XIII. Intellectual property


All content of the Online Store (texts, images, logos, designs, product descriptions) is protected by copyright and other IP rights. Any use beyond personal, non‑commercial use requires prior written permission from the Seller or the rights holder.

XIV. Commercial notifications


The Seller may send commercial communications (newsletters, promotions) only on the basis of the Buyer’s consent and in accordance with applicable marketing and data protection rules. Consent can be withdrawn at any time (unsubscribe link in the message or via the Seller’s contact channels).

XV. International sanctions


The Seller complies with applicable EU and other sanctions regulations. The Seller may refuse to fulfil orders or suspend delivery if fulfilment would violate sanctions rules or export restrictions.

XVI. Liability and limitations


The Seller is liable for damages according to applicable law. The Seller is not liable for indirect damages (such as lost profit) to the extent permitted by law. The Seller is not liable for damages caused by force majeure events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, network outages, strikes, carrier disruptions).

XVII. Complaints / complaint handling


1. Purpose and principles

Our goal is that every EnergonX product serves you to your full satisfaction. If you nevertheless encounter any problem related to the product, delivery or the operation of the Online Store, please inform us – we will handle the complaint quickly, transparently and in accordance with applicable law. Complaint investigation is free of charge.

2. Consumer vs. business

Hungarian law distinguishes between consumer and business buyers regarding certain remedies and procedures. The Buyer’s status may affect the available options.

4. Alternative dispute resolution

Consumers may also use the available alternative dispute resolution channels under Hungarian law. If applicable, the competent conciliation body can be contacted in accordance with published rules.

XVIII. Data processing and cookies


The Seller processes personal data in compliance with applicable law, in particular the GDPR. Detailed rules are contained in a separate Privacy Notice available on the website. The website uses cookies for proper operation, statistics and certain convenience functions. Cookie rules are described in a separate Cookie Policy.

XIX. Electronic contract, record‑keeping


The contract between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded electronically. The contract is not separately filed and is not accessible later in physical form; key data are available in the order confirmation and in the Seller’s internal system. Contract language: Hungarian.

XX. Applicable law and jurisdiction


These GTC and the legal relationship between the parties are governed by Hungarian law. The consumer may enforce their claims before the competent Hungarian authorities and courts in accordance with the applicable rules. In business‑to‑business cases, the competent court is determined by the applicable procedural rules.

XXI. Final provisions


The Seller informs users about amendments to these GTC on the website and, if necessary, by e‑mail. Amendments do not affect contracts already concluded and confirmed. If any provision of these GTC is found invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
