The dual-circuit Karavan, where the two systems truly live separately
The DD, short for “Double Dynamite”, shows what true custom configurability means at EnergonX. This model is not a simple 12V single-circuit unit, but a Karavan built with 2 built-in batteries and 2 fully independent electrical circuits.
Each battery circuit has its own thermal main breaker, its own blade fuse holder, its own voltage indicator, its own USB charging socket, its own 12V cigarette lighter socket, and its own 50A Anderson connector. In the current configuration both battery circuits are 12V, but the dual-circuit concept also makes it possible to build the two systems with different voltages, for example 12V + 24V.
What is it for?
For applications where two consumer systems must operate truly independently inside the same unit.
Why is it special?
It is one of the clearest examples that EnergonX is not a fixed template product, but a genuinely configurable platform.
Why is it useful?
For example in fishing use, an electric trolling motor and a sonar can run together without interference because they are placed on separate, independent circuits.

Design and use
- One of the biggest advantages of the DD version is that the two systems are separated not only in theory, but physically and electrically as well.
- This is especially useful where one load may create high demand or electrical interference for the other system.
- In fishing use, for example, an electric trolling motor and a sonar can be placed on separate circuits, making operation more stable and interference-free.
- The separate front controls and indicators make it quick to see the status of each battery circuit.
- The practical, versatile Karavan platform remains, while the internal electrical design offers substantially more than a conventional single-circuit system.
- A more detailed platform overview can be found in the description of the standard KARAVÁN version.
