4096 Wh nominal energy
The 320 Ah capacity provides a large energy reserve for extended field, mobile, camping, boating and worksite applications.
Fully assembled PowerBox with pure sine-wave inverter
The EnergonX PowerBox EXPLORER [A024]-2 is the [A024]-1 version expanded with an inverter module. In addition to the LiTime 12.8 V / 320 Ah Bluetooth LiFePO₄ battery, 4096 Wh nominal energy and the EnergonX 14.6 V / 40 A / 0 V charger, it also provides a 230 V pure sine-wave output.
Important: 1500 W is the inverter's rated output in 12 V mode. The safe continuous system load is determined jointly by the 150 A main fuse, BMS, cabling, connectors and thermal conditions. The 6000 W peak rating applies only to the inverter's 24 V mode.
The EXPLORER [A024]-2 is the EXPLORER [A024]-1 version expanded with a pure sine-wave inverter module.

The inverter automatically detects a 12 V or 24 V input. The EXPLORER [A024]-2 is a 12 V finished product, so only the 12 V output ratings apply.
The inverter's rated output in 12 V mode is 1500 W. The safe continuous system load is determined jointly by the 150 A main fuse, cabling, connectors, BMS and thermal load.
Peak power is intended for short starting demands. Loads with high inrush current require separate verification of starting power.
The two sockets share one inverter's total power capacity. The power of simultaneously connected loads must be added together.
The inverter's own USB outputs provide additional charging options alongside the PowerBox integrated USB-C PD ports.
The 6000 W peak rating belongs to the inverter's 24 V mode. The EXPLORER [A024]-2 is a 12 V system, so the correct values for this finished product are 1500 W rated and 3000 W peak.
The factory-installed EXPLORER M8 mounting points provide the mechanical attachment points for the external inverter module.
The EX2100-INVDAT-2 acts as a mechanical adapter between the inverter and EXPLORER system. Its weight is approximately 0.6 kg.
The EX2100-QBRCC creates a detachable mechanical connection between the PowerBox M8 mounting points and the inverter mounting kit.
The inverter can be removed when required, allowing the EXPLORER to be returned to a stand-alone 12 V PowerBox configuration.
The integrated battery provides 4096 Wh nominal energy, a 200 A smart BMS, Bluetooth 5.0 monitoring and low-temperature protection.
The separate charger operates from 230 V AC mains and charges the integrated battery through a red 50 A Anderson connector.
The simple theoretical calculation is 320 Ah ÷ 40 A = 8 hours. This represents only the theoretical duration of the maximum-current CC stage. Actual charging time is longer and depends on initial state of charge, BMS operation, temperature and the final CV stage.
A 1500 W inverter load requires high current on the 12 V side. The 200 A battery BMS, 150 A main fuse, cabling, connectors and thermal dissipation jointly determine the safe continuous load.
Refrigerators, pumps, compressors, power tools and other inductive loads may require several times their rated power at start-up. A load may be used only if both its running and starting power remain within the inverter and PowerBox limits.
Dangerous mains voltage is present at the inverter sockets. Damaged cables, connectors or appliances must not be used. Earthing and electric-shock protection must follow the inverter documentation and the requirements of the intended application.
Charging is not permitted below 0 °C. The BMS blocks charging but does not heat the cells. Low-temperature protection must not be bypassed.
For extended 12 V and intermittent 230 V power supply in workshops, at sites and in agricultural or industrial environments.
For supplying coolers, lighting, communications, navigation, chargers and suitable 230 V loads.
For applications requiring a large energy reserve and pure sine-wave 230 V output at the same time.
