4096 Wh nominal energy
The 320 Ah capacity provides a substantial energy reserve for extended field, mobile, camping, boating or worksite applications.
Fully assembled PowerBox without inverter
The EnergonX PowerBox EXPLORER [A024]-1 is a high-capacity wheeled 12 V mobile energy system with a LiTime 12.8 V / 320 Ah Bluetooth LiFePO₄ battery, 4096 Wh nominal energy and an EnergonX 14.6 V / 40 A / 0 V mains charger. The configuration does not include a 230 V inverter, but it can be expanded with a separately selected inverter module.
Important: the battery's 200 A BMS rating does not mean that every external connector may carry 200 A. The permitted current is always determined by the lowest-rated component in the connector, fuse, cabling and complete circuit.
The EXPLORER [A024]-1 is a high-capacity wheeled 12 V portable energy system with a LiTime 320 Ah Bluetooth LiFePO₄ battery and an EnergonX 40 A mains charger.
The system provides 4096 Wh, or 4.096 kWh, of nominal energy reserve. The LiTime W190 Smart battery features a 200 A smart BMS, Bluetooth 5.0 monitoring and low-temperature protection. The configuration does not include a 230 V inverter, but the EXPLORER's mechanical design and eight M8 mounting points support later modular expansion with a separately selected inverter module.
The 320 Ah capacity provides a substantial energy reserve for extended field, mobile, camping, boating or worksite applications.
The LiTime app can display charge level, voltage, current, power, temperature, cycle count and remaining capacity, among other data.
Large wheels and a telescopic handle make the high-capacity system easier to move in workshops, at sites or in field environments.

The approximately 37.5 kg value is the weight of the finished PowerBox unit: the EXPLORER BASE and the integrated LiTime battery together. The separate mains charger adds further weight, so this value must not be used as the total shipping-package weight.
The high-capacity W190 battery provides a substantial energy reserve without series or parallel expansion.
The charger provides 14.6 V CC/CV LiFePO₄ charging, 0 V BMS activation and a red 50 A Anderson connection.
The simple theoretical calculation is 320 Ah ÷ 40 A = 8 hours. This represents only the theoretical duration of the maximum-current CC stage. Actual charging time is longer and depends on initial state of charge, BMS operation, temperature and the final CV stage.
Charging is not permitted below 0 °C. The BMS blocks charging but does not heat the cells. The low-temperature protection must not be bypassed.
The 200 A BMS is the battery's internal protection and load limit. The system's main fuse is 150 A, so the PowerBox high-current load limit is restricted jointly by this fuse, the specific connector, cabling and any additional circuit fuses.
The configuration does not include an inverter, but it can be expanded with a correctly sized pure-sine-wave inverter module. The 230 V inverter module must be selected separately.
For extended 12 V energy supply in workshops, at sites and in agricultural or industrial environments.
For supplying coolers, lighting, communication, navigation, chargers and other suitable 12 V loads.
For tasks requiring substantially more stored energy than smaller PowerBox configurations.
