Use and important notes
- Select the correct battery chemistry profile: lead-acid / AGM / GEL or LiFePO₄.
- Connect the charger to the battery terminals with correct polarity.
- Recommended order: connect to the battery first, then connect to the mains.
- At the end of charging, the charger may switch to maintenance or trickle charging mode.
- When disconnecting, turn off the mains side first, and only then disconnect from the battery.
Warnings
- Do not charge LiFePO₄ batteries below 0 °C.
- The “Pulse Repair” mode is intended for lead-acid batteries only; do not use it for LiFePO₄.
- For smaller batteries, always choose a gentler charging setting if the charger allows it.
- A heavily damaged or sulfated lead-acid battery cannot always be recovered.
